Description of Service
SmartPrep BD is an online test preparation platform for students and job candidates in Bangladesh preparing for competitive examinations: university, medical and engineering admission, and government job exams such as BCS, bank, primary teacher and NTRCA recruitment. The platform provides practice questions, timed model tests, live exams with merit lists, and progress analytics.
Permitted Use
You may use SmartPrep BD for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the platform content. Automated access, scraping, or bulk downloading of questions or content is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content on SmartPrep BD — including questions, explanations, software, design, and trademarks — is the property of SmartPrep BD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
Educational Disclaimer
SmartPrep BD is an independent educational tool designed to supplement your test preparation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any government examination board or university. Exam content is curated for practice purposes and may not reflect the exact format or content of official examinations.
AI-Powered Features
SmartPrep BD uses artificial intelligence to provide tutoring explanations and study recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for educational guidance only and should be verified against authoritative textbooks and study materials. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way. You may delete your own account at any time by contacting support@smartprepbd.com.
Limitation of Liability
SmartPrep BD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to exam outcomes or academic results.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
