Delete your SmartPrep BD account
You can delete your SmartPrep BD account at any time, from the app, from this page, or by email. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app
Open the SmartPrep BD app, go to Profile, tap "Delete account" and confirm.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email support@smartprepbd.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
Your account, name and email address, practice and exam history, bookmarks, progress, question error reports and live exam entries (you disappear from merit lists). Copies may remain in database backups for up to 30 days. Anonymous crash reports, which never contain your name, email or account, are kept by our crash-reporting service for up to 90 days.
